On February 4, the first Mercado P’LA ARTE 2023 will take place.

P’LA ARTE is a non-profit platform that started in 2021, whose aim is to bring artists’ work closer to buyers in a more creative way.

Mercado always has a parallel programme and this edition will feature two talks:

– “Edições Artes Breves – uma linha em construção com fim à vista” with the artists António Alves Martins and António Bracons, moderated by Susana Paiva and organised by Atelier POP-UP;

– “Arte sem fins lucrativos” with researcher Mário Linhas, Professor José Louro and marketing specialist Ana Conceição.

The event will take place at the Prata Riverside Village car park, in Marvila from, 2 pm to 7 pm, and will also feature five independent publishers.
